You may print the needed form(s) and deliver or mail them to North Valley Friends when completed, or send them electronically. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Directions to send electronically:
- Open the form and save as a Word document to your computer desktop or a folder in your computer.
- Complete the form.
- Save on your computer.
- E-mail saved form to office@northvalleyfriends.org.
